This policy explains how refunds work for RINCRAFTEDWEB LLC website design, digital design, SEO setup, and care plans.
Deposits
Project deposits reserve schedule time and cover early discovery and design work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once kickoff has started, unless RINCRAFTEDWEB LLC cancels the engagement before delivering agreed first-stage work.
Completed work
Fees for completed milestones, approved designs, published pages, or delivered files are not refundable. If a project is paused by the client, completed stages remain billable.
Monthly care
Website Maintenance and Growth Care are billed monthly. Unused time in a billing period does not roll over. Cancellations stop future billing; the current period is not prorated unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
